The mission of HEP is to expand access to top-quality, affordable higher education for all qualified citizens by establishing digital campuses for UK universities.

HEP pays 100% of the cost of building and operating digital campuses, provides all high-demand degrees in most languages through its free content library, and enrols and supports students through its global recruiting hubs. HEP also provides free-of-charge, Ednet, higher education’s most advanced e-commerce and learning platform.
