Our Partner Support and Technology teams work closely with university partners to adapt their systems, processes, and technologies to facilitate the seamless scaling of online enrolments. Meanwhile, our Academic and Product Services team supports university faculty and instructional design staff by offering a range of workshops on evidence-based best practices, tools and resources in online teaching and learning, and guides high quality online content development and/or adjustments, all with an emphasis on enhancing student experience and success. Our Data, Reporting & Analytics capability provides valuable insights into online student enrolment and performance trends, preferences and patterns, helping inform strategic decisions and product development.​
